Networks are systems that are formed by connected links. Network is used to share information with other people. They are widely used in people's every day life. Schools, businesses, and homes all use networks. Internet Networks allow data to be transported quickly and wireless.
There are many different types of networks such as WAN (Wireless Area Network) that connects you to wireless network or another computer. LAN (Local Area Network) requires cables but is only accessible by those people that are connected with a wire.

To use it just type ipconfig in the cmd command line. Using a tracert command can trace a route to a specific location. Ping command allows you to see if you are connected with a certain location.
